Off Shore, In Spec and On Time

Our wire and cable customers know that we have incredible turnaround times (we once delivered 25 custom pieces from China in 7 days!) and that we deliver as promised.  Our offshore manufacturing facility means good prices, but doesn’t mean slow delivery.

Don’t be fooled into thinking that having wire and cable manufactured in China requires long lead times, large quantities, produces questionable quality, and/or doesn’t provide design/patent protection.  The truth is that our turnaround and delivery times are so impressive that we proudly publish the fact that our deliveries are 98% on time and 99.7 error-free. Many of the world’s leading electronics are now made in China — including your  i-Phone and maybe even your computer ­ which has given “made in China” a whole new meaning.  And, you can rest assured that our U.S.-owned factory provides you with all of the rights, privileges, protections and security of working with a U.S. company.

Meridian wire and cable products are used throughout North America in a broad range of industries including agriculture, heavy equipment, marine, recreation, fishing, hunting, medical, veterinary, geophysical, and broadcast. Commercial Warranty

MERIDIAN CABLE COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

Meridian Cable warrants the Meridian Cable manufactured product (“Product”) against material defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of One (1) Year from the date of invoice.

Meridian Cable, at its option, shall either repair the Product, replace it with the same or equivalent product.

This express limited warranty is extended by Meridian Cable to the purchaser of the Product and is not assignable or transferable to any other party.  This is the complete warranty for the Product manufactured by Meridian Cable.  

Meridian Cable cannot be responsible in any way for any ancillary equipment not furnished by Meridian Cable which is attached to or used in connection with the Product.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from use of the Product in other than its normal and customary manner; defects or damage from misuse, accident, water or neglect; defects or damage from improper testing, operation, alteration, modification; or adjustment to the Product without Meridian Cable’s prior written consent.

This warranty sets forth the full extent of Meridian Cable’s responsibilities regarding the Product.  Repair or replacement at Meridian Cable’s option, is the exclusive remedy.  THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES.  MERIDIAN CABLE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL MERIDIAN CABLE BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
